32-year-old Michael Harris is facing charges after a traffic stop in Thames Centre. Middlesex County OPP pulled him over on Trafalgar Street as his vehicle was traveling over the posted speed limit.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY - The Middlesex County OPP conducted a traffic stop, which has led to charges.
On Tuesday, August 1st officers pulled over a vehicle traveling over the posted speed limit on Trafalgar Street in Thames Centre.
During their investigation it was determined alcohol was consumed by the driver and as a result, 32-year-old Michael Harris of Thamesford was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment for further tests.
Harris, now faces charges of;
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Speeding 1 - 49 Km/h over posted limit.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court for these charges on Tuesday, September 12th.
