Agriculture will be the main draw for the Drumbo Fair, with things like miniature ponies and field crops on display.
DRUMBO - The 165th edition of the Drumbo Fair is happening this weekend.
President of the Drumbo Agricultural Society Eileen Hartig tells Heart FM they will have plenty to see and do this weekend in Drumbo.
"We have various horse shows happening including a miniture horse show which is new to the fair this year, we have the traditional baby show, the Old McDonalds farm, and on Saturday we are bringing back the classic car show just to name a few of the events happening."
Hartig notes agriculture plays a huge part in the Drumbo Fair and it has since its inception 165 years ago.
"It's always been an agriculture based fair: we have horses, cattle and this year new we have the miniture horses and field crops on display."
They also have plenty of fun activities for the kids with the always popular children's village.
"The Children's Village which we have had for several years - the kids from grade 8 and under in age they pay a very small admission and it includes all their activities, with pony rides, face painting and so much more for the kids to do."
