Thistle Theatre Presents Strangers Among Us

A special show commissioned by the Alzheimer's Society will be hitting the Thistle Theatre stage.

Love, resilience, and dementia come together on stage for Thistle Theatre's latest production.

Thistle Theatre Secretary Wendy Marshall says this production furthers their exploration on Canadian culture for the 150th anniversary.

"Strangers Among Us which is a Canadian play commissioned, I believe, by the Vancouver area Alzheimer's Society. It is about dementia and also about families dealing with that as well."

Marshall says this is a very touching play chronicling the lives of Gabrielle and Michael who fall in love, part, and meet all over again as they live with dementia.

Evening performances run April 20th to the 23rd and the 27th until the 29th. Tickets are available through Ticketscene for $20.
