The diving team of Roseline Filion of Laval, Quebec and Meaghan Benfeito of Montreal won bronze in the women's 10-metre synchronized event. Antoine Valois-Fortier has won Canada's third bronze medal. The 22-year-old from Quebec City defeated American Travis Stevens 1-0 in the men's 81-kilogram judo event. Canadian weightlifter Christine Girard wins bronze medal in women's 63-kilogram event.
