The 27-year-old went through a RIDE program in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 late Friday night.
LONDON - A Tillsonburg man has been charged after going through a RIDE Program on Highway 401.
The Middlesex OPP say the 27-year-old was driving in the eastbound lanes of the highway when he came across the RIDE program at Wellington Road shortly before midnight Friday night.
Officers had reason to believe he had been drinking, so they administered a breathalyzer test. The man was arrested and taken to the detachment for further testing afterward.
He's now facing one count of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
