Officers found the driver off the road on Quarter Town Line last night in Tillsonburg and performed sobriety tests. The accused is scheduled to appear in a Woodstock courtroom at a later date.
TILLSONBURG - One man from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving charges after OPP recieved a report of an impaired driver on Quarter Town Line.
Officers found the vehicle off the road last night at 8:45 and conducted sobriety tests and then arrested the driver.
A 69-year-old man is facing the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Woodstock courtroom at a later date.
