Announced in assignment court today his four-day trial will be held on May 27th, 2024. The case has also been approved as a judge only trial.
The former Woodstock Mayor was charged with one count of assault and two counts of sexual assault early last year. He was also charged with three counts of sexual assault last April... in a separate London Police investigation.
Today's court appearance involved alleged incidents that happened between June 1st and September 30th, 2021.
