Trussler Road Will Get A Facelift This Spring.

The reconstruction will start this spring and will not be completed until the fall of the 2019.

BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - Oxford County will be doing some major road work on Trussler Road this year from Drumbo Road to Township Road 5. 

The reconstruction will start this spring and will not be completed until the fall of the 2019. This work will include road reconstruction, new asphalt pavement, tree removals and culvert work. 

The County is looking for feedback from residents and to provide the following information to property owners. 

- During construction traffic will be limited to local residents, businesses and emergency services along Oxford Road 36,

- The road will be closed from Oxford Road 29 to Township Road 5, to through traffic and a detour will be in place.

- The contractor will be required to maintain access to all properties, but some short term interruption may occur while working in front of each property. 

A public meeting will be held on Wednesday May 15th from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Drumbo Agricultural Hall. 

The meeting will be an informal drop-in centre where residents and others can view printed displays outlining the project and ask questions. The contractor will also be in attendance. 

Oxford Road 29 to Township Road 5 will be closed
