Two men from Ingersoll are facing several charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, B&E and trafficking opioids.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Two men from Ingersoll are facing multiple charges, including drug possession and stolen property.
Oxford County OPP made the arrests on October 17th and were assisted by the Brant Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU)
21 year-old Kyle Logan has been charged with the following offences:
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 X3
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Break & Enter
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - Opioid
- Possession of a schedule I substance - Opioid X2
- Fail to attend court
36-year-old Robert Westover has also been charged with the following offences:
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 X5
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - Opioid
- Possession of a schedule I substance - Opioid X2
- Break & Enter
A bail hearing was scheduled for both of the accused on October 18th in a Woodstock courtroom.
Police executed a search warrant and are looking to return the recovered property to their rightful owners.
