The House of Commons has voted to suspend all COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the House starting next week. The decision was unanimous.
The House of Commons has decided to suspend COVID-19 vaccine mandates for MPs, staff and visitors.
The vote was unanimous and it will take effect on Monday, June 20th. Masks will remain mandatory until Thursday, June 23rd.
Also starting next week, the vaccine mandates for domestic and outbound international flights and rail travel. The federal government made the announcement earlier this week, and land border crossings are not affected.
