The Oxford OPP had to obtain a warrant to enter a home on Durham Street in Tillsonburg so they could arrest a 33-year-old on Friday.
TILLSONBURG - A 33-year-old has been arrested after the Oxford OPP executed a warrant on Durham Street in Tillsonburg.
Officers spotted someone who was believed to be breaching their probation on Friday. They tried to approach this individual, but they took off and entered a nearby home.
Once the officers got a warrant to enter the home, they were able to arrest their suspect and charge them with possession of a prohibited device or ammunition, as well as possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
They're also facing three counts of failing to comply with probation.
