The first snowfall of the season could come Sunday, and the OPP are reminding motorists to drive according to the conditions.
WEST REGION - It is that time of year again.
The OPP West Region is making sure that motorists are prepared for when snow starts to fall and changes road conditions. Sergeant, Ed Sanchuck has this message, which was posted on the OPP West Region's social media pages.
"After looking at the weather forecast, especially for this weekend, it appears that communities here in southwestern Ontario across the West Region may experience a dusting of snow. So, the OPP would just like to put out a friendly reminder to the motoring public to please make sure that your vehicle is winter-ready and that you prepare for winter driving."
Sanchuck says what to do in changing road conditions.
"Reduce your speed, take your time, pack an ample supply of patience, get to where you're going, but more importantly, get to where you're going safely."
The forecast is calling for a chance of snow on Sunday.
