A woman from Oro-Medonte Township is facing a drunk driving charge after a single vehicle collision occurred on King Edward Street last week.
Brant OPP have charged a woman after a single vehicle collision occurred on King Edward Street.
Officers were called out to the crash at around 5pm on August 9th. They managed to track down the 2017 Honda HRV the woman was driving and through the course of their investigation OPP determined she had been drinking alcohol.
30 year old Joanna Smith of Oro-Medonte Township was arrested and charged with drinking and driving. If convicted, Smith could be slapped with a fine or jail time as well as a driving prohibition.
