Nine local businesses will be honoured at Woodstock's Business Awards of Excellence this year.
WOODSTOCK - Still time to get a ticket for the 21st annual Woodstock Chamber Business Awards of Excellence.
It will take place at the Oxford Auditorium on November 7th.
General Manager Kim Whitehead says people in the audience will be able to vote for the winners of eight different awards.
"We're back to live voting on everything so that's always the fun part of the evening. We do three videos, all of the nominee videos come up and you get to vote after watching all the videos."
Whitehead adds it's a great opportunity to learn more about local businesses.
"There are a lot of new businesses out there that most people don't know and there's a video so you get to learn about these different businesses in town. There are also some businesses that have been around for a long time and then they show the video and people in the audience are like 'I didn't know they did that.' So it really is a great night."
The final award of the night will be the prestigious Presidents Award. The winner is hand selected by Chamber of Commerce President Bob Armstrong.
The doors will open at 6 p.m, dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and the awards show will get underway at 8:15 p.m.
Tickets are $95 each including HST and they can be purchased online here or by calling 519-539-9411. Tickets must be purchased before Wednesday at 4 p.m.
