A Nailed It inspired contest is happening right now through the Woodstock Library.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Library is hosting a Nailed It inspired contest this month.
Kids of all ages can participate by baking cakes, inspired by the popular Netflix Show. Information Services Librarian Amanda Paupst says you can email her your best designs.
"So they can find a picture on Pinterest, or any web site will do and then try to recreate it, and the winner will receive a $50 dollar gift certificate from Chick Boss Cake, which is a local business."
Paupst says you can submit your baked goods to her via email at apaupst@mywpl.ca to submit your baked good photos.
"It is one contest for all age groups and what they do is email me with a picture or a link of what they were trying to create and a picture of how out it actually turns out. I'm going to upload them to our Facebook Page and the number of likes will be our grand prize winner and the runner up will receive a cookbook."
The deadline to submit your Nailed it themed baked goods in February 10th and they do have a Valentines Day Theme this year.
You can find more details about the Nailed It program and all of the programs offered for youth in our community through the Library right now online here.
