A Woodstock man was struck by a mini-van on Mill street Wednesday evening. Police say around 6 p.m., the 29 year-old man was walking on the west shoulder of Mill Street near the 401 when he was hit by a Toyota mini-van. The man, who was listed in stable condition was taken to Woodstock hospital and later transferred to London Health Sciences Centre due to facial trauma. Police are looking to speak with any witnesses of the incident and are reminding pedestrians to wear bright coloured or reflective clothing while walking at night. Pedestrians are also recommended to walk facing the flow of traffic.
