Woodstock Man wins big with Poker Lotto All In
WOODSTOCK - A man from Woodstock is $124,000 richer after going "ALL IN" in the Poker Lotto jackpot.
Joshua Baisley won the grand prize on September 9th. He initially won $10 on an INSTANT scratch ticket and went to the store to redeem his prize and while he was at the store he decided to play the Poker Lotto All In.
Baisley says he was absolutely overwhelmed when he realized he had won the grand prize and had to rest against the store counter to collect his thoughts.
"The retailer was excited too and reached over to give me a hug. A short time after my ticket was validated, OLG called to verify my win. I realized there was a lineup of customers forming behind me; a group of strangers sharing in that moment with me."
Baisley says winning the lottery offers him freedom.
"It’s the freedom to relax about my finances, knowing that I now have a sizable nest egg. I plan to do some travelling in the near future. My journey will begin with a rest stop in the tropical islands. Then, down the road, I would like to plan trips to Europe and points beyond to explore the world,” concluded Joshua."
