And just a few hours later police received another call at 4 p.m. A 31 year old man was driving his vehicle along Ingersoll Road with his wife and two children. They stopped behind a van at an intersection. The van didn't move after the light changed to green so the 31 year old honked his horn. The van in front then continued driving. When the two vehicles met again at another intersection both men exited their vehicles and confronted each other. The 31 year old man was punched in the head, thrown to the ground, and choked. He was transported to Woodstock General Hospital and treated for a concussion and a large cut on his head. A 43 year old man has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
