Police arrested a 27 year old carrying a concealed weapon in Woodstock and multiple sheds broken into on Huron Street.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police arrested a 27 year old man after getting a report about a man with a weapon at a local business.
The man was arrested in the area of Springbank Ave. and Dundas street late Sunday afternoon. Apparently the man got into a confrontation inside the business. Police arrived and arrested the man for breach of probation, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and carrying a concealed weapon.
He will appear in court on October 24, 2017.

WOODSTOCK - Three sheds were broken into in Woodstock over the weekend.
Police say two of the break ins happened during daylight hours and all of the thefts were on Huron Street in the Highland/Lee ave area.
A number of items were stolen including, hand tools, alcohol and jewelry.
The Woodstock Police Service are reminding residents to secure their property before leaving by locking windows and doors, and consider exterior motion lights and exterior surveillance cameras.
