WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are investigating a death in the Friendly City.
Police were called to Fyfe Avenue and Pavey street on Sunday morning by the London Ambulance Dispatch for assistance. A 55 year old man at the scene was transported to the hospital where he later was pronounced deceased. The Woodstock Police Forensics Unit has been brought in to assist with the investigation.
Woodstock Police are not releasing much information at this time. They did say there is no threat to public safety and the death is not considered suspicious at this time. We will provide you more information as soon as it becomes available.
