Expect to get a ticket if you break any of the traffic laws next week in Woodstock.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police will be out in full force over the next week for a Spring traffic enforcement blitz.
Police will be targeting drivers speeding in school zones, distracted driving, impaired driving, aggressive driving and driving through construction zones. Officers will also be targeting 5 specific intersections that have had a number of collisions in the past. They are Dundas St. and Vansittart Ave, Juliana Dr. and Norwich Ave, Clarke St. and Dundas St, Montclair Dr. and Norwich Ave, Clarke St. and Nellis. St.
They will not be giving out warnings so expect to get a ticket if you break any of the traffic laws next week.
Woodstock Police want to remind drivers to;
* Slow down
* Driving demands your full attention, keep your eyes on the road, hands on the wheel, focus on what you are doing
* If you are drinking - Choose a safe ride home
* Obey all traffic signs
