A 26-year-old Woodstock man is in hot water. He was pulled over in Brant County and is now facing multiple charges.
BRANT COUNTY - It was not a good night for a Woodstock resident.
A 26-year-old man was pulled over by Brant County OPP on Friday, October 27th after the officer noticed concerning driving behaviour.
The traffic stop was done on Highway 53 near Harley Road in the County of Brant just after 10:30 p.m.
He was arrested and taken to the detachment for testing.
As a result, he now faces a charge of Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), Dangerous Operation, Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liqour, and Driver fail to surrender licence.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford at a later date.
