Residents of Woodstock give their take on the Baltimore Riots.
WOODSTOCK - Baltimore is still attempting to gain control of their city since Monday's riot brought everything to a crashing halt. Looting of stores and destruction of property has prompted the National Guard to be called in, and has gained international attention following the death of Freddie Gray. Over 200 people have been arrested since the beginning of the week, however half of that group have been released without charges.
Mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, has placed curfews and assured residents the only people to be on the streets following a certain time will be those heading to work. Other major cities across the United States are on standby in case other unlawful behaviour will erupt. Heart FM took to the streets of the Friendly City to see how residents feel about the hostility in Baltimore.
