Police were originally called after a young child was left alone in the vehicle while the woman and 3 kids were inside shopping.
Woodstock Police charged a 37 year old woman for not buckling up her children.
Officers were first called about a report of a young child left alone in a vehicle while an adult and three children went shopping on Wednesday.
Police pulled the woman over on Norwich Ave a short while later and none of the children were wearing seatbelts.
She was given four tickets, one for each child not wearing a seat belt.
The Woodstock Police Service would like to remind the public of the importance of all occupants of a vehicle to wear a seatbelt properly to ensure their safety while traveling.
