Horrific details are emerging about a deadly shooting at a Newtown, Connecticut elementary school. An official with knowledge of the situation says 27 people are dead and 18 of them are young children. The person says the shooter was killed and apparently had two guns. A spokeswoman at nearby Danbury Hospital says it has three patients from the school, but she did not have information on the extent or nature of their injuries. The White House says President Barack Obama has been notified of the shooting. Heart FM will have continuing updates as information becomes available.
