Hamilton Police Superintendent Dan Kinsella, "Today the Hamilton Police Service arrested Mark Smich, 25 years, of Oakville, Ontario." He will be held in custody and charged tomorrow with first degree murder. 27 year old Dellen Millard is also facing charges of first-degree murder, forcible confinement and theft of a vehicle in this case.
