The annual fundraiser will celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday and it will raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Woodstock and District.
The annual fundraiser will follow a Canada 150 theme this year and it will take place on three days; Wednesday May 3rd, Friday May 5th and Saturday May 6th.
Interim Executive Director Kristen Ralph says it will be a fun evening at C&D Lanes and Jamie from Powerhouse Productions will be returning as the designated DJ.
"He gets people from each team up playing Minute to Win It style games for prizes and everybody is just having a hoot! It's just a great time overall."
This year they are hoping to raise $25,000. Ralph tells Heart FM all the money will go towards their mentorship programs; including their brand new program directed towards teens.
"It's a group program where we actually had teens in our agency help us plan it. We knew that they would be the ones that would know what they wanted to do so we didn't want to just assume."
Only 28 teams are currently signed up for the fundraiser. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support the cause, you can click here to donate.
