Two people were taken to the hospital and one person has since been air lifted to the trauma centre with life altering injuries after a crash between a pickup truck and an SUV today near Burford.
BURFORD - Two people have been taken to the hospital after a crash on Highway 53 west of Burford on Monday afternoon.
Constable Ken Johnston says the injuries appear to be pretty serious.
"Two people were taken to a local hospital, one person has since been air lifted to another local hospital with life altering injuries and I will get you another update as soon as one is available."
The crash involved a pickup truck and an SUV. This is the second serious crash in the area over the past 24 hours.
