Brant OPP slapped on a ticket for failure to comply with the emergency order to a 43 year old arrested in a B&E in Paris.
PARIS - Brant OPP have arrested a 43 year old from Brantford after a break and enter to a business on Woodslee Avenue in Paris.
Police worked with the business alarm company to identify the suspect.
The 43 year old was charged with 3 counts of fail to comply with a probation order, break and enter, mischief under $5,000, possession of break In instruments, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and fail to comply with a continued section 7.0.2 order.
