DELHI - OPP say they caught a 29 year old man from Norfolk County breaking into a home red handed.
Police were called to Queen Street on Tuesday morning around 11:20. Officers found the suspect inside and took him into the custody.
The 29 year old was charged with break and enter, theft under $5,000 and mischief.
