Oxford Public Health is looking for the owner of a rottweiler type dog following a biting incident earlier this week. They say it happened around 8:30 Wednesday night on a trail in Roth Park. Officials say the dog wasn't on a leash and didn't appear to have an owner around. Public Health is looking for more information on the dog and its shots in hopes the victim can avoid a series of rabies vaccinations. Anyone with information on the dog or its owner is asked to call Oxford Public Health at 519-539-9800, ext. 3454 .
