OXFORD / BRANT - Environment Canada has issued a blowing snow advisory for Brant County and Oxford Counties.
Drivers can expect poor visibility in some areas, as strong westerly to north westerly winds will persist with gusts to 60 km/h. Visibilities in open areas will be reduced to less than a few hundred metres at times.
The weather has caused all school purpose vehicles to be cancelled today in Elgin, Middlesex, Red Zone and Oxford counties for the entire day. City of London vehicles starting as scheduled.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.
