Three adults and two children have been left displaced after a kitchen fire.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Fire Department were kept quite busy dealing with an early morning Boxing Day fire.
Fire fighters were dispatched to 272 Wellington Street after a report of a blaze early morning on Boxing Day. A family of five had to evacuate the home while the fire was being tackled. The family has since been displaced
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that unattended cooking was the cause of the fire. Fire officials are still investigating but the damage is estimated to be about $90,000.
