2 separate motorists were charged for impaired driving yesterday in Brant County.
BRANT - Brant OPP responded to a traffic complaint yesterday and laid two charges against a 46-year-old Kitchener man.
Police located the vehicle on Brant/Oxford Road shortly before 4:30 pm yesterday. The accused has been charged with Operation while impaired Alcohol and drugs, and Alcohol while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
As a result, his licence has been suspended for 90 days, along with a 7-day vehicle impoundment.
OPP remind the public if they suspect someone is impaired to call 911 immediately.

BRANT - A 36-year-old from Paris was charged last night in their hometown.
A tip prompted Brant OPP to locate the vehicle shortly before 9 pm on Grand River Street North in Paris.
The 3 charges included Dangerous Operation, Operation while impaired, and Operation while impaired with a blood alcohol content of 80 plus.
The accused will appear before a judge on February 27th.
