The Navy Vets are hoping for a sea of pink at the Southwood Arena on Friday night.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Navy Vets are honouring Breast Cancer Awareness month at their home game on Friday night.
Everyone is encouraged to wear pink for their game against Ayr. The team will be donning their pink jerseys for the game as well.
Assistant Coach Darren Young tells Heart FM it should be a good game against a tough opponent.
"It's a good game with a good cause. I want to thank the sponsors action medical and the city of Woodstock for sponsoring the game. Its going to be a good game we have Ayr coming in, a really good team. We just lost to them on Thursday, so we want a little bit of a pay back."
The Navy Vets have had a great start to the season so far with 4 wins and 1 loss. Their 1 loss did come against Ayr so the guys will be looking for some redemption.
