Cami Employees Continue to Walk the Picket Lines

Both sides are still far apart on issues regarding Economics and Job Security in the Cami Strike.

INGERSOLL - Striking workers at the GM CAMI Assembly Plant in Ingersoll will continue to walk the picket lines for the time being.

Unifor Local 88 and the Master Bargaining Committee are meeting today for a status update. They are still far apart with GM on key issues like Economics and Job Security and are still waiting for a response from Detroit.

Talks have resumed today and we will continue to monitor the situation as it develops.
