39 year old Jeremiah Andre Reed of Woodstock is facing numerous charges after man was stabbed in the area of Adelaide Street.
Woodstock Police say the male victim had been stabbed in his left abdomen sometime before 1:40am Tuesday. The man knocked on the door of a nearby home for help.
The homeowner did what they could to help the man and immediately called an ambulance in order to transport him to hospital.
