A child was offered a ride to school by a suspicious stranger in Norwich Township this morning.
NORWICH - Police are looking for the publics help after getting word of a suspicious man in Norwich Township.
The man was spotted at a residence on Firehall Road between Oxford Road 14 and Middletown Line this morning. He was spotted taking pictures of residential properties and approached a child and offered him a ride to school. The child declined and the vehicle continued travelling westbound on Firehall Road.
The vehicle is described as a black small SUV, similar to a Jeep Cherokee. The man is white, in his 50's with short dark hair with a touch of grey. He has a long grey beard and possibly speaks with a French accent.
