A promotion is on the way for Amy Smith. The County of Oxford announced Friday the selection of Smith as Corporate Manager of Human Resources, a position left vacant by Janice Kubiak, who retired at the end of April. Smith has been working as the Acting Corporate Manager of HR since that time. Over 70 applications were received during the 8 week national recruitment process.
