The annual two-day festival is back in the Friendly City.
WOODSTOCK - It's Cowapalooza weekend in the City of Woodstock!
A bunch of country acts will hit the stage in Southside Park for a free concert this evening... including Mike Robbins, Elyse Saunders, and River Town Saints. Manager of Special Events Kristen Broadhagen says all of the fun will continue with the Cowapalooza Kids Zone tomorrow afternoon.
"We have busker shows, face painting, pony rides, balloon artists, and photo booths. It is just fun for everyone."
There will also be lots of food and marketplace vendors on site. Broadhagen adds the Woodstock Art Gallery will also be making Cowapalooza trading cards.
"Anyone on site can get their photo taken, and then they will make it into a Pokemon type of card in an enchanted cow-based fantasy world."
Everything will wrap up with Cowapalooza Rocks tomorrow night, featuring Bueller, Kasador and the big headlining act, Sloan!
