City of Woodstock will host the 13th year of Cowapolooza.
WOODSTOCK- Cow themed events are taking over Southside park this weekend in honour of Cowopolooza. A milking contest will highlight Saturday's list of events and contestants will be able to use Maple the cow to prepare for the contest.
Two days of family friendly events, followed by a Sunday morning non-denominational church service will complete the annual event.
Highlights include the Soap box derby which will roll down Finkle street, the Strongman and Strongwoman competitions and the Rubber Ducky derby- the winner taking away $1000.
Special sponsor CN Rail has brought the band Trooper to the stage Saturday evening.
