Ontario is reporting 564 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 581 cases were recorded on the holiday Monday.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 564 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 570,778. 434 cases are in individuals who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 130 are in fully vaccinated individuals.
The Province also recorded 581 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday. 457 cases were in individuals who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 124 were in fully vaccinated individuals.
Ontario is reporting 5 COVID-19 related deaths over the last 2 days and the total number of deaths now sits at 9,553. Another 688 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 554,953.
The province completed 17,118 tests yesterday. We currently have 295 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 165 people in the ICU.
