Perhaps the most dramatic part of Day 2 of the trial of Michael Rafferty came from the 3rd witness ? that of Laura Perry (Pictured bleow as she walks out of the London court house). Perry is a Woodstock mother who has 2 young sons that attend Oliver Stephens Public School. She was perhaps the last person to see Tori alive. Perry testified she was the woman in the video who was picking up her two sons and noticed Tori with a woman she never seen around the school before. That statement she gave to defense attorney Dirk Dirstine while he briefly cross examined her just before the end of Tuesday's proceedings. Day 3 continues tomorrow at 10 am with Tori's Mother, Tara MacDonald to take the stand.
