Some broke into a home through a basement window in Norwich Township and stole nearly $1,500 in goods.
NORWICH - Oxford OPP are investigating after a break and enter at a home on Otterville Road in Norwich Township.
The break in happened yesterday afternoon between 3 and 4 p.m. just west of the Village of Springford between Oxford Road 13 and Zenda Line.
The thief was able to break in through a basement window and then rummaged through several rooms.
A number of items were stolen including an Apple IPad, jewellery box and it's contents, two passports, US cash, various pieces of silver and one bottle of liquor.
Police estimate the stolen goods were worth around $1,500.
