No collisions or injuries were reported after a driver decided to head westbound in the eastbound lanes on Highway 403
OXFORD - No injuries or collisions were reported after a vehicle was spotted travelling westbound in the eastbound lanes on Highway 403 in Norwich Township.
Oxford OPP responded to the vehicle on December 16th just after 11:30pm who had swerved to avoid oncoming traffic, and landed in the ditch near highway 53.
A 44 year old from St. Thomas has been charged with:
- Care or Control While Impaired (Alcohol)
- Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample
- Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
He will appear in a Woodstock courtroom on February 16th to answer to his charges.
