An Ingersoll man has been charged with Impaired Driving and three counts of Possession of Schedule 1 Substance after driving erratically along Hwy#401.
OXFORD COUNTY - Police received several reports of an erratic driver on Hwy#401 in South-West Oxford Thursday.
The vehicle had come to a stop and was located on the shoulder of the westbound lanes.
OPP charged a 38 year man from Ingersoll with Operation While Impaired and three counts of Possession of Schedule 1 Substance.
The accused is expected to appear in a Woodstock at a later date.
