Police are looking for a man who was using fake cash at several stores in the Friendly City.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are looking for a man who was handing out counterfeit $100 bills to stores in Woodstock.
Police say the man used the fake cash at the Rexall Pharmacy on Springbank Ave and the Staples on Norwich Ave last Thursday. He also duped the Long and McQuade's music store on Finkle Street with the fake currency.
The man tried to distract the cashier at one of the businesses by pressuring them when they were verifying the bill with managment.
The counterfeit bill is dated from 1975. The serial number is JB4836433.
Police are looking for a white man, clean cut about 6'3 with salt and pepper hair, mid-forties, and had a small patch of hair under his bottom lip.
