Fire officials in South-West Oxford have issued an open air burning ban for the time being.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - A fire ban has been issued for South-West Oxford Township.
This includes all fires in the area, including campfires and those with open air burn permits.
Any flame can be dangerous when it's hot and dry outside. The prohibition will be lifted when fire officials deem the weather conditions safe.
UPDATE (July 24th @ 4:10 p.m.) - The fire ban has been lifted.
