The Friendly City is flying the pride flag during the month of June.
WOODSTOCK - June is Pride month and they are celebrating in the Friendly City with the pride flag.
Today the City is flying the pride flag at Museum Square in Downtown Woodstock. Mayor Trevor Birtch was on hand for the official flag raising this morning. Vice Chair of the Oxford County Pride committee Tami Murray was the Lainger and Shelby morning show this morning to plug the event.
"We are going to be meeting at 9:00 am at the flag down at Museum Square just to celebrate the rainbow flag raising as well in Oxford County."
The flag will be flying at Museum square for the entire month of June.
