A Canada Wide Warrant has been issued for 25 year old Damien Elijah. Elija is serving a two year sentence for assault with a weapon, use of a firearm while committing an indictable offence and assault causing bodily harm. The warrant was issued for his arrest after he breached his parole on April 13th. Elijah is described as 5'9 weighing 194 pounds and he has a tattoo of the name Dallas on the right side of his neck and a tattoo of the name Elijah on his left upper chest.
